A group and resource for certified IFR and VFR pilots, student-pilots, and others with an interest in aviation, who utilize a flight simulator as part of their ground school training.

Formed in 1957, this year marks the 55th anniversary of the Mid-Atlantic Pilots Association, a non-profit flying organization dedicated to air safety, aviation education and flying comaraderie. All levels of pilots, student pilots and aviation enthusiasts are invited to join. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month. Meeting price is generally $23 per person for members and $28 for non members and includes dinner. Dinner is served at 7:00 PM. Members and non-members are welcomed. 

… New pilots need only 20 hrs of training to learn to fly LSAs. Private pilots can fly VFR @ Night and even IFR for properly equipped planes. If you are not sure about renewing your medical, you can continue to fly LSAs with a regular drivers license. So please come join us to know about future of aviation and meet other current and prospective LSA enthusiasts and pilots.
